Port Pacific Resort offers a dedicated conference centre located in the vibrancy of the central business district, with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, the Hastings River and the buzz of Clarence Street, contrasted against the back drop of the mountainous hinterland. There is also plenty of availability for parking.

Hire of the fully air conditioned conference room includes complimentary use of flip charts, screen, whiteboard, wireless microphone system, television, CD and DVD/VCR equipment. For delegate comfort and convenience we supply jugs of iced water, mints, notepads and pens on all tables.

 A large adjoining outdoor terrace featuring  quality outdoor furniture is available for use during your meal breaks or the all important breakaway space. Breakaway rooms and boardrooms are available on request for conferences with smaller delegate attendees.

We have many versatile Conference Packages that include all catering by our own Catering Staff.

Port Pacific Resort has 79 self contained, serviced apartments with varying sleeping capacities which all feature large balconies with superb views of the sea, the Hastings River or the hinterland.
