Port Pacific Resorts COVID-19 Policy

Port Pacific Resort is dedicated to ensuring our staff, members and guests are safe in this challenging time.

We are following strict advice from the Accommodation Association who are providing us with constant updates on Government advice and mandatory implementations for the management of COVID-19 in our industry.

At this stage we are still able to provide accommodation.

Reception Hours have changed to 7am - 7pm Mon - Sat and 8.30am - 4pm Sunday and Public Holidays.

We are committed to providing the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in our apartments and public areas.

Due to the wide spread of the virus we have made changes to protect your health and safety.

All housekeeping services for in-house guests will be cancelled to reduce unnecessary personal contact. This includes daily service, weekly service and towel change.

Mandatory distance rules apply in our Lifts, Pool, Spa, Games and BBQ areas. Currently 1.5 meters

The Gym and Sauna is closed.

Pancake Breakfast has been cancelled.

If you have been overseas in the past 14 days or have any symptoms of the flu or COVID-19 please call our reservations team to discuss your booking.
